Shipping Overview

At Dogsy & Co, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from Australia. Please read the information below for details on our shipping methods, timeframes, and policies.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom and personalised items (including custom artwork, custom candles, and QR Smart Pet ID Tags that require personalisation) may take an additional 2–5 business days to prepare before shipping.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the website.

International Shipping

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Dogsy & Co has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@dogsyandco.com.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays;
  • Customs and border processing (for international orders);
  • Public holidays;
  • Severe weather or natural disasters;
  • High-volume shipping periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday);
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Dogsy & Co is not liable for any delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Dogsy & Co is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realise your address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@dogsyandco.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Reshipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit (has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date), please contact us at hello@dogsyandco.com. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Digital Products

Digital download products do not require shipping and will be delivered electronically via email or through your account on our website. No shipping charges apply to digital products.

QR Smart Pet ID Tags

QR Smart Pet ID Tags are physical products and are shipped using the same methods described above. The QR code on your tag can be activated and your pet profile set up as soon as you receive your tag — no additional shipping or delivery is required for the digital features.
