🥘 Ingredients
- 200g turkey mince
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Brown turkey mince in a pan, drain any liquid, and crumble finely. Cool.
- Mix oat flour and chopped cranberries in a bowl.
- Add crumbled turkey, beaten egg, olive oil, and water.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll into small balls about 2cm diameter and flatten slightly.
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until just firm on the outside.
- Cool on the tray for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
