π₯ Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
- 1 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tablespoon dried sage (or 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Preheat oven to 165Β°C (330Β°F).
- Mix mashed sweet potato with beaten egg and olive oil.
- Combine both flours and sage in a separate bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until a firm dough forms.
- Roll out to about 1cm thick on a floured surface.
- Cut into shapes and place on lined baking trays.
- Bake for 35 minutes until firm and dry to touch.
- Cool completely β they'll continue hardening.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
