- Β½ cup spinach (finely chopped and blanched)
- Β½ cup cheese (grated)
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 egg

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
- Blanch spinach briefly, squeeze out water, and chop finely.
- Mix spinach, cheese, flour, and egg into a green dough.
- Roll out and cut into shapes.
- Bake 16-18 minutes.
- Cool completely.
