  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed (ground)

  2. Mash sardines thoroughly and mix with flour, egg, and flaxseed.
  3. Roll out and cut into shapes.
  4. Bake 18-20 minutes until crispy.
