- 1 tin sardines (drained, mashed)
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp flaxseed (ground)

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
- Mash sardines thoroughly and mix with flour, egg, and flaxseed.
- Roll out and cut into shapes.
- Bake 18-20 minutes until crispy.
- Cool completely.

Container 1 week. Freeze 3 months.
