- Mash sardines thoroughly with a fork until paste-like.
- Mix in beaten egg, flaxseed, and olive oil.
- Add oat flour and stir until combined.

- Flatten gently with a fork.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until just set.
- Cool on the tray.
