π₯ Ingredients
- 1 tin (210g) salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

- Preheat oven to 170Β°C (340Β°F).
- Mash salmon thoroughly with a fork.
- Mix in mashed sweet potato, beaten egg, and ground flaxseed.
- Add oat flour gradually until a soft dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking tray.
- Flatten gently β about 1cm thick.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes until just set.
- Cool on the tray β they should stay quite soft.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
