π₯ Ingredients
- 1 tin (210g) salmon, drained
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
π©βπ³ Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170Β°C (340Β°F).
- Mash drained salmon thoroughly with a fork in a bowl.
- Add beaten egg and olive oil, mix well.
- Combine flour and ground flaxseed, then add to salmon mixture.
- Mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Drop teaspoon-sized portions onto a lined baking tray.
- Flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until just set β they should still be soft.
- Cool on the tray for 10 minutes.
π Storage
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 3 months β these freeze and thaw beautifully.

- Tinned salmon with bones is fine β the bones are soft and provide calcium
- These have a fishy smell that dogs love (humans maybe less so!)
