🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Topping: yoghurt + blueberries
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix all cake ingredients.
- Divide into cupcake liners in a muffin tray.
- Bake 18-20 minutes until firm.
- Cool completely.
- Top with yoghurt and a blueberry or two.
