- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

- Preheat oven to 170Β°C (340Β°F).
- Mix coconut flour, chopped sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
- Combine pumpkin puree, beaten eggs, and coconut oil.
- Add wet to dry and mix well β let rest 5 minutes.
- Roll out to about 1cm thick.
- Cut into shapes and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes until firm and golden.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
