- 1 cup sweet potato (cooked, mashed well)
- ΒΌ cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Β½ tsp cinnamon

- Mash sweet potato until very smooth.
- Mix with coconut flour, coconut oil, and cinnamon.
- Roll into small balls or press into moulds.
- Chill 1 hour.
