- 2 cups bone broth (must be gelatinous)
- Optional: small pieces of cooked meat

- Warm bone broth until liquid (don't boil).
- Pour into silicone moulds.
- Drop in small meat pieces if using.
- Refrigerate 4+ hours until set.
- Pop out of moulds.

Fridge 5 days. Can freeze but texture changes.
