🥘 Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • Handful of blueberries

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds with coconut milk.
  2. Stir and refrigerate 2+ hours until thickened.
  3. Stir through yoghurt.
  4. Top with blueberries.
  5. Serve in small portions.
