π₯ Ingredients
- 200g lamb mince
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, finely crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Preheat oven to 170Β°C (340Β°F).
- Brown lamb mince in a pan, drain fat, and let cool.
- Crumble the cooked mince finely.
- Mix flour, oats, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Add crumbled lamb, beaten egg, and olive oil.
- Mix until a soft dough forms β add a splash of water if too dry.
- Roll into oval shapes about 3cm long.
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 25 minutes until just firm.
- Cool on the tray for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
