- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 teaspoons kelp powder (from pet store or health food store)
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup water

- Preheat oven to 165Β°C (330Β°F).
- Mix flour, kelp powder, and dried parsley in a bowl.
- Beat egg with olive oil and add to dry ingredients.
- Add water gradually until a stiff dough forms.
- Roll out to 8mm thick for a crunchy result.
- Cut into small shapes β stars or rounds work well.
- Place on lined baking trays.
- Bake for 30 minutes until completely hard and dry.
- Cool on wire rack.
