- ½ cup sweet potato (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Yoghurt for decorating
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, sweet potato, egg, honey, and coconut oil.
- Roll out and cut with heart-shaped cutters.
- Bake 18-20 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Drizzle yoghurt on top for decoration.
