- 2 cups plain yoghurt
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 3 tbsp peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- Blueberries for decoration

- Line a small round container with cling wrap.
- Layer yoghurt, banana slices, and peanut butter.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with yoghurt and press blueberries on top.
- Freeze 4+ hours until solid.
- Turn out and peel off cling wrap.
- Serve immediately β it melts!
