- Β½ cup cheese (grated)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped, optional)

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
- Mix cheese, eggs, rice flour, and coconut oil into a soft dough.
- Press into a lined tray about 1cm thick.
- Score into small squares.
- Bake 16-18 minutes until golden.
- Cool and break along scored lines.
