- 1 cup yoghurt (frozen into scoops)
- 1 banana (blended into sauce)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (xylitol-free, melted)
- Blueberries for topping

- Freeze yoghurt in ice cube trays or scoop shapes for 3+ hours.
- Blend banana until smooth for the sauce.
- Melt peanut butter slightly.

- Serve immediately.
