🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- ¼ cup pumpkin purée
- Glaze: yoghurt + honey + coconut oil
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, egg, peanut butter, and pumpkin.
- Spoon into greased donut moulds.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until firm.
- Cool completely.
- Mix yoghurt, honey, and coconut oil for glaze.
- Dip tops in glaze and let set.
