- 2 cups wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup water

- Preheat oven to 160Β°C (320Β°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix wholemeal flour, chopped parsley, and mint in a large bowl.
- Whisk egg with melted coconut oil, then add to dry ingredients.
- Add water gradually, mixing until a stiff dough forms.
- Roll out to about 8mm thick β the thickness helps create a crunchy texture for dental cleaning.
- Cut into bone shapes or rectangles and place on tray.
- Bake for 35 minutes until very hard and golden.
- Turn oven off and leave biscuits inside for another 20 minutes to extra-harden.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. The drier they are, the better for dental cleaning.
