π₯ Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, solid
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup water

- Preheat oven to 170Β°C (340Β°F).
- Rub solid coconut oil into rice flour until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add turmeric and black pepper, mix well.
- Beat egg and add to mixture.
- Add water gradually, mixing until a firm dough forms.
- Roll out to 1cm thick for maximum crunch.
- Cut into small squares or use cookie cutters.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden and hard.
- Leave in turned-off oven for 15 minutes to extra-crisp.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. Keep in a cool, dry place.
