π₯ Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- Β½ cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 egg

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
- Mix oat flour, peanut butter, and egg until a dough forms.
- Roll out to about 5mm thick on a floured surface.
- Cut with cookie cutters or a knife.
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake 18-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.

Airtight container 2 weeks. Freeze 3 months.
