π₯ Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup apple, peeled and finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice

- Preheat oven to 165Β°C (330Β°F).
- Combine flour and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Add grated apple and mix through.
- Beat egg with coconut oil and apple juice, then add to dry ingredients.
- Mix until a firm dough forms.
- Roll out to about 8mm thick.
- Cut into shapes and place on lined baking trays.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool completely on wire racks for maximum crunch.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. The apple content means they don't last quite as long as plain biscuits.
