π₯ Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 100g chicken (cooked, shredded)
- Β½ cup cheese (grated)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
- Mix flour, 1 egg, and coconut oil into dough.
- Roll and cut 5-6 round biscuits of decreasing size.
- Bake 18-20 minutes. Cool.
- Mix chicken, cheese, and remaining egg for filling.
- Stack biscuits with filling between each layer.
- Top with a small piece of chicken.
