- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons strong chamomile tea (cooled β brew 2 bags in 1/4 cup water)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

- Preheat oven to 170Β°C (340Β°F).
- Brew a strong chamomile tea β steep 2 tea bags in 1/4 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Mix oat flour in a bowl.
- Combine chamomile tea, honey, beaten egg, and coconut oil.
- Add wet to dry and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Drop small spoonfuls onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until just set β keep them very soft.
- Cool completely before serving.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
