All the flavour of carrot cake without the cream cheese frosting and sugar. These biscuits are sweetened naturally with carrots and a touch of honey, spiced with cinnamon, and given texture with oats. They smell absolutely heavenly and you might be tempted to eat one yourself (we won't judge).

π₯ Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots (finely grated)
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- Β½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
- Mix grated carrots with flour, egg, honey, cinnamon, and coconut oil.
- Roll out to 5mm thick.
- Cut into shapes.
- Bake 18-20 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack.

Container 10 days. Freeze 3 months.
