  • 1 tablespoon honey

  2. Mix almond flour, carob powder, and desiccated coconut in a bowl.
  3. Beat egg with coconut oil and honey.
  4. Add wet to dry and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Drop teaspoon-sized portions onto a lined baking tray.
  6. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bake for 16-18 minutes until just set.
  8. Cool completely on the tray β€” they'll firm up as they cool.
