π₯ Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons carob powder
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey

- Preheat oven to 170Β°C (340Β°F).
- Mix almond flour, carob powder, and desiccated coconut in a bowl.
- Beat egg with coconut oil and honey.
- Add wet to dry and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Drop teaspoon-sized portions onto a lined baking tray.
- Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes until just set.
- Cool completely on the tray β they'll firm up as they cool.

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
