- 2 cups beef or chicken bone broth (no onion/garlic)
- 2 tablespoons unflavoured gelatine
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Heat bone broth in a saucepan until warm — don't boil.
- Sprinkle gelatine over the warm broth and whisk until completely dissolved.
- Add turmeric and black pepper, stir well.
- Pour into a silicone mould or a lined shallow container.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until fully set.
- Cut into cubes or pop out of moulds.
- Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
