- Β½ cup yoghurt
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 egg

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
- Lightly mash blueberries.
- Mix with yoghurt, oat flour, and egg.
- Drop spoonfuls onto lined tray.
- Bake 16-18 minutes until set.
- Cool completely.
