Inspired by commercial dental sticks but made with real ingredients you can trust. These dense, chewy strips require serious jaw work, making them excellent for scraping away plaque and tartar. The parsley adds natural breath-freshening power.

π₯ Ingredients
- 1 cup lean beef mince
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon beef bone broth

- Preheat oven to 150Β°C (300Β°F) β low and slow for maximum hardness.
- Cook beef mince in a pan until browned, drain any fat, and let cool.
- Crumble the cooked mince finely β the finer the better.
- Mix both flours and parsley together.
- Add crumbled mince, beaten egg, and bone broth.
- Mix until a very firm dough forms.
- Roll into strips about 12cm long and 2cm wide.
- Press firmly to compact β density is key for dental cleaning.
- Bake for 45 minutes until rock-hard.
- Leave in turned-off oven for 30 minutes for extra hardness.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.

Beef provides protein, iron, and B vitamins. The dense, hard texture provides extended chewing time for maximum dental benefit. Parsley contains chlorophyll and vitamins A, C, and K for oral health.

- These are very hard β supervise your dog while chewing
- Not suitable for puppies or dogs with dental problems
- The longer they chew, the more plaque they remove
- One strip per day is plenty for dental maintenance
