π₯ Ingredients
- 200g beef mince
- 100g beef or chicken liver, finely chopped
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
π©βπ³ Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170Β°C (340Β°F).
- Brown beef mince in a pan, drain fat, and crumble finely.
- In the same pan, quickly sear chopped liver for 2-3 minutes until just cooked. Let cool.
- Finely mince or blitz the liver.
- Combine flour, crumbled beef, and minced liver in a bowl.
- Add beaten egg and olive oil, mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll into small balls about 2cm diameter.
- Place on a lined baking tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until just firm.
- Cool on the tray.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
