- 1 apple (grated, seeds removed)
- 1 cup oat flour
- Β½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
- Grate apple (remove all seeds first).
- Mix apple, oat flour, cinnamon, egg, and coconut oil.
- Roll out and cut into shapes.
- Bake 18-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool on wire rack.
