🥘 Ingredients

  • 2 capsicums (any colour)
  • 150g cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut capsicums into cup-shaped pieces.
  3. Mix chicken, cheese, and pumpkin purée.
  4. Fill each capsicum cup with the mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until capsicum softens.
  6. Cool completely before serving.
