- 1 tin sardines in spring water (drained)
- Β½ cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp flaxseed (ground)

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
- Mash sardines thoroughly.
- Mix with oats, egg, and ground flaxseed.
- Roll into small balls about 1.5cm diameter.
- Place on a lined tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until firm.
- Cool completely.
