Sardine & Coconut Oil Brain-Freeze Bites

These tiny frozen bites combine two brain-boosting ingredients — sardines packed with omega-3 DHA and coconut oil rich in MCTs. 🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 tin sardines in spring water (drained)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp plain yoghurt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mash sardines very finely.
  2. Mix with melted coconut oil and yoghurt.
  3. Drop small amounts into mini silicone moulds or ice cube trays.
  4. Freeze for 2+ hours.
  5. Pop out and serve.

Freeze up to 2 months.
