π₯ Ingredients
- 1 tin sardines (drained)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Β½ cup oat flour
- 1 egg

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
- Mash sardines finely.
- Mix in chia seeds (they'll absorb moisture), oat flour, and egg.
- Let sit 5 minutes for chia to gel.
- Roll into small balls.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until firm.
