🥘 Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds (ground)
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1 egg

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Grind pumpkin seeds to a fine meal.
  3. Mix with yoghurt, oat flour, and egg.
  4. Drop small spoonfuls onto lined tray.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes until set.
  6. Cool completely.
