- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (xylitol-free, no added sugar)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

- Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in peanut butter and melted coconut oil.
- Roll into small balls (about 1cm each).
- Place on a baking paper-lined tray.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
