- 300g chicken or beef liver

- Preheat oven to 100Β°C (210Β°F).
- Slice liver very thin, about 2-3mm.
- Lay flat on lined baking trays.
- Dry for 2-3 hours until completely crispy.
- They should snap when bent.
- Cool completely.

Airtight container 2 weeks. Fridge 3 weeks. Freeze 3 months.
