πŸ“Š Nutrition Notes

Blueberries are one of the most antioxidant-rich fruits available. Yoghurt provides live probiotics that support digestive health. Together they make a low-calorie, nutrient-dense snack.

πŸ’‘ Tips

  • Use plain yoghurt only β€” flavoured varieties contain too much sugar
  • Frozen blueberries work perfectly and are often cheaper
  • Make them smaller for small dogs to avoid brain freeze
  • Great for teething puppies β€” the cold soothes sore gums
