π₯ Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
- Β½ cup plain yoghurt

- Slice cucumber into 1cm rounds.
- Mix yoghurt with finely chopped mint.
- Spread a small dollop of mint yoghurt on each cucumber round.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
- For frozen version: freeze the assembled snacks for 1 hour.
