- 1 cup coconut water
- ΒΌ cup blueberries
- ΒΌ cup strawberries
- Β½ banana
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt

- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl or pour over food.
- Can also freeze into cubes for later.
