- ΒΌ cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 tbsp honey

- Mix melted coconut oil, mashed banana, and honey.
- Spread on lined tray about 5mm thick.
- Drizzle peanut butter and swirl with a toothpick.
- Freeze 2+ hours.
- Break into bark pieces.
