  • 500g chicken breast

  1. Preheat oven to 80Β°C (175Β°F).
  2. Slice chicken into thin strips, about 3-4mm thick.
  3. Lay on wire racks over baking trays.
  4. Dry for 3-4 hours until firm and leathery.
  5. Should bend without snapping.
  6. Cool completely.
