- Β½ cup rolled oats
- Β½ cup cheese (grated β cheddar works well)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
- Blitz oats in a blender to make a rough flour.
- Mix oat flour, grated cheese, egg, and melted coconut oil.
- Roll into small balls (about 1cm diameter).

- Cool completely on a wire rack.
