- 2 cups beef bone broth
- ΒΌ cup carrots (finely diced)
- ΒΌ cup peas
- ΒΌ cup green beans (finely chopped)
- Small pieces of cooked beef (optional)

- Scatter diced vegetables and beef into silicone moulds or containers.
- Pour bone broth over the top.
- Gently stir so vegetables are distributed throughout.
- Freeze for 5+ hours until completely solid.
- Pop out and serve on an easy-to-clean surface.
