- 1 cup apple (cored, diced, no seeds)
- Β½ cup carrot (finely grated)
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 tbsp honey

- Blend apple, carrot, water, and honey until chunky-smooth.
- Pour into ring-shaped silicone moulds (donut moulds work perfectly).
- Freeze for 3+ hours.
- Pop out and serve.
