- 400g turkey breast
- 1 cup sweet potato (diced)
- Β½ cup green beans (chopped)
- Β½ cup peas
- Β½ cup carrots (grated)
- 1 cup brown rice (cooked)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp fish oil

- Cook turkey breast in coconut oil until cooked through, about 12 minutes.
- Shred or dice turkey.
- Steam sweet potato for 12 minutes until tender.
- Steam green beans, peas, and carrots for 5 minutes.
- Combine turkey, sweet potato, rice, and vegetables.
- Drizzle with fish oil and mix well.
- Cool before serving.
