Turkey & Sweet Potato Allergy-Soothing Bowl

Turkey & Sweet Potato Allergy-Soothing Bowl

Food allergies and intolerances are one of the most common causes of skin problems in dogs — showing up as itching, redness, ear infections, and paw licking. This simple turkey and sweet potato bowl uses limited ingredients to minimise potential allergens while providing soothing nutrition for irritated skin. Turkey is a gentle protein that causes fewer allergic reactions than chicken or beef, making it an excellent starting point for dogs with suspected food sensitivities.

Nutrition Notes

Turkey is considered a novel or less-common protein for many dogs, making it less likely to trigger allergic reactions. Sweet potato is a grain-free carbohydrate source that's gentle on the digestive system. Zucchini is hypoallergenic and provides hydration. Fish oil's omega-3s help reduce the inflammatory response that causes itching. Turmeric adds anti-inflammatory support.
